When you send a form
If you request a rental analysis, home value check, investment check, relocation plan, or ask a question, the details you type — name, email, phone if you give it, property address, and your answers — are stored securely in this site's database and emailed to Sherlyn so she can reply. That's the only use. Your details are never sold, rented, or added to third-party marketing lists.
First-party cookies
This site sets a small number of its own cookies: one remembering the page you first landed on and where you came from (kept up to 90 days), one remembering campaign tags from links you clicked (30 days), a random anonymous visitor identifier (12 months) and a per-visit session identifier, and a session cookie that protects forms from forgery. The visitor identifier contains no personal information — it lets the site understand which articles and guides led up to a request for help, so the useful content gets more investment.
Page-view history
The site keeps an anonymous record of which of its own pages a visitor identifier viewed. This history contains no name, email, IP address, or device details, and it is deleted after 180 days. If you later send a form, your request is linked to that anonymous history so Sherlyn can see which topics you were researching.
Rate limiting
To keep bots from flooding the forms, the site stores a salted, one-way hash of the submitting connection's IP address for a short period. The IP address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are read, which tools are used. See Google's privacy documentation for how Google processes analytics data.
Deletion and questions
Want your form submissions and any linked history deleted? Email the address in the footer and it will be done. Questions about any of this are welcome — ask them the same way.
